The successful design and delivery of the AUD$2.85m St Kilda Novotel Mechanical Services Refurbishment project by Dalkia on time, with no disruption to the hotel's daily business operations has now expanded into a national service contract covering 36 Accor owned or operated hotels (Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, and F1 brand facilities). Dalkia is currently reviewing several Accor properties throughout Australia with the view to providing similar solutions across their portfolio.
Melbourne Airport
Dalkia designed and installed a new 4MW high voltage chiller for Trane. This project uses the new Trane free cooling concept for the first time in Australia.
