Dalkia Queensland is the second largest region nationally of the Energy Services Division of the group, with offices in Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville, and the Gold Coast.


Strategic Alliance with Springfield Land Corporation.

In February 2008, Dalkia signed an agreement with Springfield Land Corporation to create innovative energy services for the Greater Springfield Development. This includes:

The District Energy systems provide centrally-produced steam and chilled water for their customers, and the facility also cogenerates electricity.

  • Facilities Management Contract for Polaris Data Centre
  • Provision of decentralized energy utilities for key developments (cogeneration, cooling networks)
  • Provision of FM services to other Springfield Property Management projects

Cairns Airport

Providing preventative maintenance on total chiller plant with capacity of 5,200 kilowatts.


Royal Brisbane Hospital

Maintaining the central energy plant under an extended warranty program.
