Mike Rundle has a BSc degree in Management Science and is a Qualified Accountant. Mike has held senior management positions for Dalkia for 14 years. Since Trane Acquisition in 2006, he has been the CEO of Dalkia Australia and prior to that, he was head of Dalkia's Energy and CO₂ trading - managing a team of 15 responsible for the management of the group's CO₂ position, managing its gas position in France (35 TWh of physical purchasing and re-selling), its 2GW of cogeneration capacity (from a gas and power optimisation perspective), and its 16 million tonnes of annual compliance obligations under the European CO2 Emissions Trading Scheme. Before this appointment, he was head of Sales, Strategy and Development for the UK Dalkia business in the Health, Industry and residential sectors (team of 50 people) (annual turnover of 100 m sterling) - securing major hospital PFI contracts and other industrial cogeneration and energy management contracts.
