Alan is responsible for day to day delivery of systems and services across the 3 lines of business for the company: Products, Projects and Service, across all three states. Further Alan manages the OH&S, Quality and Environmental Systems within the branches and with his team is actively involved in the process of continual improvement to gain efficiency benefits for Dalkia. Alan's background is Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sydney and his 23 years experience in the Air Conditioning industry led him to successfully fulfill various responsibilities such as National Marketing role, National Commercial and Applied Product, Training Manager, Western Australia Distributor and FM Project Manager.
